Why shop with Global Trade Village?

Do you offer product warranty?

Yes, most of products we offer are one year warranty. Some products, however, have their own different terms of warranty. Please check products warranty policy.

 


How do I track my package?

Once your package has been shipped we email you the tracking information along with either UPS, Fedex other carriers’ tracking numbers.

 


Can I return the product if I don’t like it?

If you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchase from Global Trade Village®, you can return it to us within 30 days the date of purchase for a refund of its purchase price. Please email us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Remember to provide us your order Invoice Numbers. After we email you the RMA#, you may send the package to us with all original contents including original boxes, invoice and the RMA#. We will refund your account less shipping and handling fees.

What is a preorder?

A preorder is when the product you want to order is either temporary out of stock, which will be replenished in a certain days or when the product is under production. In both cases, however, the waiting days will be updated when it is available.

 


Can I cancel a preorder?

Yes, you can. You should notify us within 5-business day since the pre-order date. 

 


I would like to buy your products in volume. How should I proceed?

If you find the item you like, please click on Dealer Request shown in each product page. It will lead you to the page that tells you how to proceed. Basically, you are required to register and tell us what quantities you are looking for. We will send you a discount pricing. So you can go from there. 

 


Is there a minimum order for a dealer?

Yes, the minimum order is one carton.


If I order more than one carton, will I get a better discount?

Yes, the different discount pricings will be shown in our quotation sheet when you request a quote.

 


I can’t find the product I want, can you find it for me?

Absolutely! That is our specialty. We will walk an extra mile to find it for you. Just call (608-829-4625) or send an email at info@globaltradevillage.com and tell us what you are looking for. We will try our best to get it for you. No charge for our searching until there is a deal and transaction.

I am a supplier/manufacturer. How can I work with Global Trade Village®?

We love to work with you if your product is Unique, Innovative, Energy-Efficient & Eco-Friendly for hospitality industry. All you have to do is click on Suppliers on our homepage. It will tell you how to submit your product information. The steps are very simple.

By Unique, we mean “No one makes this so special like yours”; by Innovation, we mean “it’s new and superior than the current product substantially”; by Energy-Efficient, we mean “it consumes lesser energy than the current one or it uses non-traditional energy such as Led and Solar; by Eco-Friendly, we mean” it causes no negative impact to our ecology and environment system”.

Please keep in mind, the Quality of your product has to be at least equal or exceeding the international standards. Quality is our priority and number one criterion. We only work with quality-conscious supplier.
